How can I pay in cryptocurrency?

Once you have added the products in your cart, simply select "Crypto" once you arrive at checkout. After choosing the cryptocurrency with which to make the payment, just click on "Update invoice" and send the amount to the wallet under the heading "Send".

How can I check the status of my cryptocurrency payment?

A few minutes. In addition, we will send you an email confirmation once we receive your payment.

How long do I have to return a product?

If you are not satisfied wih the purchased product, you can return it within 100 days from the date of receipt.

Where will I receive the credit?

1) If you pay with cryptocurrency, the credit will arrive at the same public address where the payment was made and will be made only through the cryptocurrency on which the payment was made. 

2) If you paid with paypal you will receive the amount of items returned to the same PayPal account.

3) If you paid by debit/credit card, the refund will be made on the same card or associated bank account.

Through which cryptocurrency will I receive the credit?

The credit will be made only through the cryptocurrency with which the purchase was made.

How can I track my order?

How do I cancel or change an order?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at Support@cryptociudad.com . The order will be cancelled or modified only if the product has not yet been processed by our warehouse, in case it was already shipped it will not be possible to cancel it.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order from the section My account >> Orders

Once the order is shipped you will receive an email from the courier with the link to follow the progress of the shipment.
